HRS4R team at MUG
In order to coordinate the work on the implementation of the principles of the Charter and the Code, on May 30, 2023, the Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Habil. Marcin Gruchała appointed the Commission for Implementation and Monitoring of the HR Excellence in Research Strategy.
The position of Chairman of the Commission was taken up by Prof. Dr. Habil. Michał Markuszewski – Vice-Rector for Science, while Katarzyna Grzejszczak, M.A. – Vice-Chancellor for Strategy and Development – became the Deputy.

The Implementation Team meets regularly at least twice a month.
At joint meetings of the two teams, the Implementation Team reports on the progress of the action plan on the basis of differences between MUG’s internal policies and the principles of the European Charter for Researchers, the Code of Conduct for Recruitment of Researchers and the OTM-R (Open, Transparent, Substantive Recruitment) Policy. Members of the Advisory and Monitoring Team give their opinions on the correctness of the documents being created and provide their comments, which are then incorporated into the materials prepared by the Implementation Team.
In addition, an Administrative Coordinator of the certification process was selected from among the members of the Implementation Team: Aleksandra Skonieczna, Head of the Department of Employee Development Support. The process coordinator is responsible for direct contact with experts from the European Commission and manages the University’s profile on the euraxess portal.
