80th Jubilee Inauguration "Bridge Between Generations 1945-2025"

Bridge between Generations 1945–2025, this will be the title under which we will inaugurate the new 2025/2026 academic year. This year’s ceremony is exceptional, as the Medical University of Gdańsk celebrates its 80th anniversary.

The programme of the event will include both traditional academic elements and artistic performances. As is customary, first-year students will be matriculated, medals will be awarded, and the Tadeusz Tylewski Medical University of Gdańsk Choir will provide the musical setting.

We will be joined by Prof. Jerzy Bralczyk, Krystyna Czubówna, Jacek Mikołajczak and Stanisław Janicki. Especially for this occasion, Krzysztof Babicki will present a theatrical miniature based on the works of Paweł Huelle. The evening will conclude with a jubilee cake.

Admission to the event will be possible upon presentation of an invitation.
