The First Doctoral School of the Medical University of Gdańsk is pleased to invite you to the Open Day of the First Doctoral School, taking place on April 23, 2025, in Gdańsk at Dębinki 7 (Building 13), Conference Room 23. This event is aimed at students nearing the completion of their studies and individuals interested in pursuing a scientific career at the doctoral level.
During the Open Day, participants will have the opportunity to explore the variety of doctoral programs offered, learn about the recruitment procedures, and discover the support available through the Welcome Point, particularly for international doctoral candidates. The event will be hosted by the Directorate of The First Doctoral School of the Medical University of Gdańsk and will feature presentations from current doctoral candidates, the Department of International Relations, representatives from the Doctoral Students’ Council. There will also be a Q&A session where participants can ask questions and receive detailed information.
Additionally, coffee breaks will provide an excellent opportunity for networking and exchanging experiences.
The event will be streamed online, allowing individuals outside of Gdańsk to participate.
Open Day is part of the project Doktorat ponad granicami (IntPhD), funded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange under the STER – Internationalization of Doctoral Schools Program.
