Three candidates for Rector of the MUG

The University Electoral Committee announced on 29 March 2024 a list of candidates for the position of Rector of the Medical University of Gdańsk for the term 2024-2028. The following, listed in alphabetical order, will be running for leadership of the University for the next four years:
- Prof. Michał Markuszewski
- Prof. Radosław Owczuk
- Prof. Edyta Szurowska.
The three candidates have received a positive opinion from the Senate of the MUG, and the University Board has also indicated their candidature for the position of Rector for the term 2024-2028.
Pre-election meetings are scheduled from 2nd to 19th of April 2024, according to the candidates’ proposals.
