Cuddle January – mental health month

The campaign organised by the SSC of Psychology MUG Cuddle January starts on 8 January 2024. The campaign will run throughout the month and aims to draw the attention of the audience to the importance of taking care of mental health. The event is addressed to the entire community of the Medical University of Gdańsk. In addition, it will be an opportunity for all those interested to improve their competence and knowledge in the field of mental health and mental disorders.

As part of the campaign, the organisers have prepared:

• webinars
• workshops
• a new episode of the DoMyśl się podcast
• a film screening and a meeting as part of the Kinoterapii
• promotional activities to raise awareness of mental health issues
• psycho-education on the SM channels of the SSC of Psychology MUG (Instagram @skn.psychologii, Facebook @skn.psychologii).
