Long live science! Opening ceremony of the academic year 2023/2024

In the heart of Gdańsk the representatives of Pomeranian academic community, local government authorities and students will take part in the opening ceremony of the Gdańsk academic year 2023/2024. The Long live science! event, organized by the Fahrenheit Universities, comprising of the Medical University of Gdańsk, Gdańsk University of Technology and University of Gdańsk, will be held on Saturday, 30th September 2023, at 10 am at the Golden Gate. The opening of the Gdańsk academic year will commence with the march of representatives of academic Pomeranian community, local government authorities and students.

It will pose an excellent opportunity to show that the Pomeranian region is indeed a strong academic centre. Therefore, we would like to invite all employees, undergraduate and doctoral students of our University together with their families and friends for a broad participation in the event

• 9:15-9:50 – setting up participants at the Golden Gate
• 10:00-10:30 – start of the parade and march along Długa Str. under the stairs/entrance of the Artus Court
