Family picnic – "Serce w ruchu"

The Serce w ruchu family picnic will take place on 8 July in the open areas of the Green Park in Gdańsk at 3b Maria Skłodowska-Curie St. between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. The event is organised as part of the Kordian programme.

The organisers of the event have prepared numerous attractions for the participants, including a joint game of volleyball, football, rugby, and basketball, as well as individual sports such as boxing.

In addition, visitors to the picnic will be able to take part in the Trenuj z dzieckiem programme. This is circuit training, which consists of 30 stations and is led by three trainers. Participants spend a set amount of time at each station and move on to the next station afterwards.

The event aims to educate the public about cardiovascular disease and raise awareness of the benefits of physical activity and healthy eating habits. During the picnic, there will be an opportunity for free blood tests (you must be fasting) and a free ECG test. The first 150 people to get tested will receive a healthy breakfast.
