28th ISSC

The 28th International Student Scientific Conference will take place from 13th to 15th of April 2023 at the Medical University of Gdańsk under honorary patronage of MUG’s Rector Prof. Marcin Gruchała. First part of the event organized by the Student Scientific Society of the MUG will be the opening ceremony organized on 13th of April 2023 at 12:30 at the Atheneum Gendanense Novum.

The ISSC conference is a gathering of individuals who share a common interest in scientific research in various fields within biomedical sciences. The organizers prepared an exciting lineup of speakers and events planned for the conference, constituted by i.a. Prof. Paul Grundeman, an experimental Cardiovascular surgeon from Utrecht, Netherlands who will be the first keynote speaker. Professor will provide a welcoming address and introduce the theme of the conference whilst talking about entrepreneurship and innovation in the field of science using his journey as an example. Other higlights include:

• Original Research sessions, Case Report and Case Studies sessions and Poster sessions
• Scientific & clinical workshops
• Keynote lectures given by lecturers from Italy, Netherlands and Poland.
