The club has been created with support of the Vice-Rector for the Quality of Teaching Prof. Agnieszka Zimmermann and Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences with Faculty of Health Sciences with the Institute of Maritime and Tropical Medicine Prof. Przemysław Rutkowski. The aim of the initiative is to promote the idea of tutoring understood as an individual approach in working with the student, encouraging him to think independently and critically in solving the undertaken problems. During monthly meetings, Club members will share knowledge in this area, work out optimal paths for implementing an individual approach to students and support employees in developing their own competences in the field of widely understood tutoring. The newly created organization remains open to cooperation with other people interested in such issues.
