Artificial Intelligence Club meeting

The Medical University of Gdańsk was the host of the meeting of “AI Bay – Gulf of Artificial Intelligence”, which took place on March 28. The aim of the event was to integrate research groups from three Tri-city universities, exchange of knowledge and experience. It was organised by the MUG’s Technology Transfer Center.

The meeting was attended by over 100 people associated with the world of science and business in Pomeranian Region. This indicates a great interest in the issues of artificial intelligence in medicine. The main themes of the meeting were: the potential of using artificial intelligence in brain images, melanoma diagnostics or reconstruction of dysarthria.

Meetings are going to take place periodically. The aim is to initiate interdisciplinary research work between scientists from the Medical University of Gdańsk, Gdańsk University of Technology and the University of Gdańsk.
