"Consult with a pharmacist – diabetes" initiative

How to measure blood glucose and blood pressure correctly at home? For those who took part in the campaign “Consult with a pharmacist – diabetes” it’s no longer a secret. The project organised by the Polish Pharmaceutical Students’ Association (PPSA), in which MUG students are active, took place in the Manhattan Shopping Centre (Gdańsk) on November 17. The aim of the campaign was to stimulate public awareness about diabetes and its prevention. “Consult with a pharmacist – diabetes” is the most important preventive and educational PPSA initiative. The event took place on the same day in 9 Polish cities. In Gdańsk, about 300 people had the opportunity to benefit from the knowledge and advice of students.
