The work of MUG’s scientists titled "Immunophenotyping and transcriptional profiling of in vitro cultured human adipose tissue derived stem cells"] has been published in the “Scientific Reports” (Nature Publishing Group), a prestigious medical journal. The work was published under the supervision of dr. hab. Michał Pikuła from the Laboratory of Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine of the Department of Embryology and dr. hab. Arkadiusz Piotrowski, associate profesor from the and Department of Biology and Pharmaceutical Botany (correspondent authors). It presents a comprehensive evaluation of the phenotype and molecular profile of in vitro cultured adipose tissue stem cells. The results included in the publication may be practical tips for many centers dealing with basic and clinical research of adipose tissue stem cells.
