The MUG’s Professor won Supertalent in Medicine competition

Professor Associate, Miłosz Jaguszewski M.D. Ph.D. from the MUG’s 1st Department of Cardiology, won this year’s edition of the Supertalents in Medicine competition (Polish: Supertalenty w Medycynie). The aim of the competition is to promote leaders of the younger generation of doctors and was organised by the editorial staff of “Puls Medycyny” biweekly magazine. At the final ceremony of the plebiscite which took place in Warsaw were present prof. Edyta Szurowska, the MUG’s Vice-Rector for Clinical Affairs, and prof. Bartosz Karaszewski, Head of the Department of Neurology, who won the 2015 edition. This year’s edition was attended by dozens of doctors and graduates of medical faculties, academic centres, and clinical hospitals across Poland. All the applications were presented to members of the jury who assessed the scientific achievements of the candidates, their involvement in social activities and prospects for further development.
