Guest from Italy at the MUG

Professor Krystyna Wach from Universita degli Studi di Milano visited the MUG’s Department of Nursing. The visit was organised as part of the Erasmus+ programme. During her stay, prof. Wach delivered lectures for students of Nursing and anaesthesiology nurses working in hospitals in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. Under the supervision of Wioletta Mędrzycka-Dąbrowska Ph.D. and Renata Piotrkowska Ph.D. she visited the MUG’s Invasive Medicine Centre (Clinical Emergency Department, Operational Block, Clinic of Oncological Surgery). There was also an opportunity to meet the Deputy Director for Nursing at University Clinical Centre in Gdańsk. Prof. Wach also met with representatives of the authorities of the University – Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences, prof. Andrzej Basiński and Vice-Dean Aleksandra Gaworska-Krzemińska Ph.D., head of the Nursing Department.
