Lecture of prof. Bisslera is behind us

Professor John Bissler M.D. Ph.D., an internationally recognised expert in the field of tuberous sclerosis, visited the MUG. It was an opportunity to exchange experiences with the University’s academic staff, but also to give a lecture “Tuberous Sclerosis Complex Renal Disease”. Prof. Bissler was invited to visit the MUG by prof. Maria Alicja Dębska-Ślizień, vice-dean of the Faculty of Medicine and head of the Department of Nephrology, Transplantology and Internal Diseases. Prof. John Bissler M.D. Ph.D. works at the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. He is a chief of Pediatric Nephrology and Director of the Tuberous Sclerosis Center of Excellence, Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis (USA).
