Ewa Kiszka, head of the MUG’s Department of International Cooperation, Promotion and Development Projects was among the winners of the “Star of Internationalisation” competition organised by the Educational Foundation “Perspektywy”. She won in the category Marketing Star.
The mission of the competition is to award and promote people with outstanding achievements in the internationalisation of Polish universities. The award is granted jointly by Polish institutions and organisations involved in supporting the internationalisation of Polish higher education and science. Candidates are reported by universities, student organisations, university employees and students.
Ewa Kiszka has been appreciated, among others for coordinating university programmes: Erasmus +, Ready, Study, GO! Study in Poland, Study in Pomerania and Study in Gdansk. She organises events and workshops on internationalisation, aiming at improving the intercultural competence of employees, giving lectures, conducting sessions at conferences of the PRom Association, IROsForum and at annual conferences for foreign students. She created and supervises a new student organization ESMUG, the main task of which is the integration of foreign students.
The award ceremony will take place on January 29, 2018 in Gliwice, Poland, during the conference “Foreign students in Poland 2018”.
