More than 150 scientists from 5 continents participated in the 19th International Conference on Food Processing & Technology. The scientific and training conference was held on 23-25 October 2017 in Paris.
The MUG was represented by Marta Stachowicz, Ph.D. student in the Department of Bromatology at the Faculty of Pharmacy. During the main session over 100 lectures were delivered. Marta Stachowicz was invited to give a presentation “The effect of popular dietary supplements on the DHEA and cortisol levels in saliva of surveyed athletes”, the co-authors of which were Rafał Bartoszewski Ph.D. from the Department of Biology and Pharmaceutical Botany and prof. Anna Lebiedzińska from the Department of Bromatology.
