Orientation week finished

Nearly 250 students from all over the world finished the Orientation Week last Friday. The Orientation week is a series of meetings which aims to facilitate new students at the University and in Gdansk as a foreign city. Among the group were students who started their studies in the field of medicine and nursing, as well as participants of international exchanges, e.g. Erasmus + programme.

The new students came to Gdansk from all over the world – Sweden, Germany, Hong Kong, Afghanistan, Iran, Nepal, Syria, India and Saudi Arabia. They met students from years above, got to know the organisations working in the University and got useful information about visas, address registration, health insurance required in our country etc. The Orientation Week finished with the matriculation and an integration party.
