Ceremonial opening of the UCC's hospice

The University Clinical Center (UCC) extends its scope of services to a hospice care. The inpatient hospice consists of a four-bed stationary unit which was established in the building of the former Student Hospital at 30, Zwycięstwa Ave. , as well as a home-based hospice, which is capable to take care of 16 patients. In the opening celebration on September 1st, 2017, participated the MUG’s Rector – prof. Marcin Gruchała, the UCC’s Director – Jakub Kraszewski, Vice-Rector for Clinical Affairs – prof. Edyta Szurowska, head of the Hospice – Karolina Gronalewska, and others.
