Thanks to support of the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR), the Public Heath students who are members of the Scientific Circle “Economics and Management in Health Care” supervised by Ewa Bandurska Ph.D., have founded the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research Poland Student Chapter (ISPOR Poland Student Chapter). It is the only such organisation in Poland and brings together students from the main medical universities in Poland, including the Medical University of Warsaw, the Jagiellonian University Medical College, the Poznan University of Medical Sciences and Wroclaw Medical University.
The main objective of ISPOR Poland Student Chapter is to conduct multicentred pharmacoeconomics and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) research and disseminate knowledge about health economics. Its parent organisation is the ISPOR, which opens up many possibilities for students. They can use materials collected and published by the ISPOR, participate in events, such as conferences, symposiums, trainings and workshops, as well as contact and learn from pharmacoeconomics specialists from all over the world.
