The 10th Medical Science Day

Shows, workshops, lectures, presentations and crowds of young people from all over Pomerania. The 10th edition of the Medical Science Day is already behind us. During the event, participants had a chance to visit numerous stands where representatives of Students’ Scientific Circles, the MUG’s Clinics and Departments, as well as foundations dedicated to medical care presented their activities, scientific experiments, workshops and laboratory demonstrations. School pupils could learn about surgical suturing, first aid, breast self-check, break down myths about diabetes. They also had an opportunity to see a DNA strand, as well as find out what dangers threaten us from organisms invisible to a naked eye. Horror lovers got to know the whole truth about vampires and werewolves. All participants could take part in many quizzes and competitions and win interesting prizes.
