Visitors from the Sheffield Hallam University at the MUG

Representatives from the Sheffield Hallam University (SHU) – Toni Schwarz MSc. Ph.D. the Head of Department for Nursing and Midwifery and Jackie Parkin, the International Lead for Nursing and Midwifery, visited the MUG’s Nursing Department. The visitors gave two lectures on nursing university education in England and current research projects at the SHU, which could be areas for future research collaboration. They also met with Marcelina Skrzypek-Czerko Ph. D., who is a coordinator of Erasmus + on the Faculty of Health Sciences with Subfaculty of Nursing and Institute of Maritime and Tropical Medicine, Anna Roszmann Ph. D. from the Department of Neurological and Psychiatric Nursing and Dawid Spychała from the International Relations Unit. There was also plenty of time to show the history of Gdańsk and the beauty of Sopot. The cooperation with the SHU initiated in 2016 Aleksandra Gaworska-Krzemińska Ph. D., the Head of the Department of Nursing. It was the first visit of the SHU representatives.
