Nurses and midwives celebrating their day

The International Nurses Day (IND) is an international day celebrated around the world on the 12th of May. Yesterday in the Atheneum Gedanense Novum building #MUG nurses and midwives celebrated their day. They hosted many eminent guests such as prof. Jacek Bigda M.D. Ph.D. Vice-Rector for Development and Education, Aleksandra Gaworska-Krzemińska M.D. Ph.D. Head of the Department of Nursing, Danuta Adamczyk-Wiśniewska Vice-President of Regional Chamber of Nurses and Midwives in Gdańsk, as well as present and future specialists in the field. The ceremony has been enriched by numerous lectures and the performance of the Marian Mokwa choir from the high school No. 19 in Gdańsk.
