Agreement with Radio Gdańsk

On April 13th, prof. Marcin Gruchała, Rector of the Medical University of Gdańsk and Andrzej Liberadzki, President of the Management Board of Radio Gdańsk SA have signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of health education of inhabitants of our region. Both institutions will work together to promote knowledge about health, disease prevention and treatment options available in Pomerania. The cooperation activities will include series of meetings with the inhabitants of our region initiated under the name “Be well – without a queue”. Once a month, in Radio Gdańsk building, the MUG specialists meet with its listeners. So far, orthopedists and physiotherapists have shared their knowledge and advice with the listeners, and cardiologists will be the guests of the May edition. The archived broadcasts are available on Radio Gdańsk’s website. The project coordinators are Joanna Matuszewska, a journalist specialising in medical topics, and Joanna Śliwińska, a spokesperson for the MUG. The broadcasts are carried out with suport of Joanna Stankiewicz, a journalist of Radio Gdańsk.
