Promotion of an orthopedic manual in the Main Library

Prof. Tomasz Mazurek, Head of the Clinic of Orthopaedics and Kinetic Organ Traumatology MUG as one of the two authors of a manual “Orthopedics and Traumatology” (“Ortopedia i traumatologia” in Polish), promoted his work in the Main Library. Guests were greeted by Anna Grygorowicz, the Main Library director and prof. Marcin Gruchała, the MUG rector. Prof. Tomasz Mazurek delivered a short presentation about the book, the history of the development of the Clinic since its establishment in 1945, as well as ongoing innovative projects which include his own artificial tendon and a derotator invented by Rafał Pankowski M.D. Ph.D.
