Dr hab. Jacek Kot Ph.D., Clinic of Hyperbaric Medicine & Maritime Rescue – National Centre for Hyperbaric Medicine, Institute of Maritime and Tropical Medicine participated as an invited lecturer in the 5th World Union of Wound Healing Societies in Florence. The Congress held on from the 25th to the 29th of September 2016. Dr hab. Jacek Kot Ph.D. presented two lectures: “Standards and guidelines for HBOT safety” and “Bacterial flora of soft tissue infections in patients treated with HBOT.” The Congress was attended by over 4,000 people from 70 countries. Among the 350 invited speakers from around the world were three Poles.
