MUG researcher awarded by the European Society of Hypertension

Prof. Krzysztof Narkiewicz, head of the MUG Department of Hypertension and Diabetology received the prestigious Lennart Hansson Memorial Lecture Award for his outstanding contribution to hypertension research with a special emphasis on sleep medicine. The award ceremony took place on June 14th in Milan during the anniversary 25th European Meeting on Hypertension.

Established by the ESH in 2003, Lennart Hansson Memorial Lecture award is conferred, by the European Society of Hypertension, to a scientist who has obtained important results in the field of clinical hypertension and trials.
