USG-FAST course took place

This year’s edition of the USG-FAST course was organized jointly by the Student Scientific Club at the Ultrasound and Biopsy Diagnostic Lab of the Pediatrics, Hematology and Oncology Clinic, supervised by dr. Wojciech Kosiak and the Gdansk branch of he IFMSA-Poland. Participants had an opportunity to hear a lecture about USG-FAST examination, learn how to use an ultrasound device and practice examination skills. Members of tbe Student Scientific Club conducted the training using high-quality equipment shared by the Philips Health care company. This year, 67 MUG medical students participated in the three training sessions. Next edition will take place next year.
