The VIth annual Medical Science Day is concluded

Free ultrasonography consultations, exercises on a vibrating platform, experiments with dry ice and liquid nitrogen are just some of the events that took place at the VIth annual Medical Science Day on May 24th 2013. Several thousand youth and children visited the Collegium Biomedicum building and took part in over 60 workshops and lectures prepared by over 200 coordinators. Visitors had a chance to learn how to give first aid, surgical suturing and try sport competitions (for the first time in MEdical Science Day history) under the supervision of a triathlon coach and future dieticians. The participants of the “Education 60+ in Gdańsk” program offered zumba and nordic walking lessons.

The MUG will also be represented at the Science Picnic in Gdynia on May 26th 2013 from 10:00-18:00 in front of the Aquarium. This event will conclude the XI Baltic Science Festival. See you there!
