Monitoring the adverse effects of medication

A regional center for monitoring the adverse effects of medication is being formed at the MUG Department of Pharmacology. The center’s goal is to improve the safety of pharmacotherapy in the Pomeranian region.

In order to report an adverse effect of medication, all you need to do is send an email to dnl@gumed.edu.pl with the following information: name of the medication, dose, route of administration (please mention if the patient overdosed the medication), description of the adverse effect, patient’s information (to ensure patient privacy, only minimal information is needed: initials, sex, year of birth).
