To meet the expectations of members of the MUG’s academic community, we are making changes to our mailing systems. In this way, we want to reduce the number of messages sent in mass form, often to recipients who are not always interested in a certain topic. The introduction of this modification will ultimately allow us to organize the existing form of internal communication.
Individual requests received from you regarding current events taking place at the MUG will be sent in a collective message, in the form of a weekly bulletin prepared by the Communication Unit. To facilitate the flow of information, please send it directly to the address info@gumed.edu.pl.
At the same time, we would like to remind you that all kinds of announcements of conferences, lectures and meetings are available in the calendar on the MUG’s home page, as well as we are gradually introducing them in University’s social media. Details about upcoming events and initiatives can be found on the Extranet in the Offers & Events tab. A separate tab Invitations to participate in scientific research was created with the aim of sharing surveys created by students of our University for the purposes of their diploma theses, as well as providing information on participation in research carried out by MUG’s scientists.
Simultaneously with the changes in mailing communication, work is underway on a new version of the Extranet, which will soon gain a more transparent, modern and user-friendly form. Its implementation is planned for mid-April 2023. We will keep the users of the MUG Extranet service informed about the details.
