Once again the MUG participated in the recent Akademia Expo organized on March 19th-20th 2014 by the University of Gdańsk. The staff of MUG Recruitment Center together with students of Faculties of Medicine, Pharmacy and Health Sciences presented the MUG’s educational offer. Whereas the prospective students had an opportunity to find out more about the admissions criteria, student life or adjusting to university-style learning.
The students of Environmental Health caught the most attention by performing experiments such as measuring the amount of bacteria on hands or glasses. The MUG booth was filled with informational pamphlets as well as useful gadgets such as pens, pencils, lanyards or rubber bracelets. In addition, the MUG representatives wore white coats and colorful surgical caps.
The organizers of the expo also held a contest for the best booths and the MUG staff-student team won 2nd place.
